Introduction to Staff Roles

Staff roles are divided into teaching/non-teaching staff section, to help you get started, by default a few school roles are already added to the school, feel free to edit/delete the same.
 

View Staff Roles
Click on School Roles, you will reach the school role management page.

Name: Name of the role ex., Admin(teaching), Admin(Non teaching),Teacher, etc.
Is teaching staff: Whether the staff is a teacher or not.
Number of designations: Total number of designations who have been assigned the particular role.

Set the Staff Roles in the format followed by your school.

  • Edit: In order to change any field, under Actions click on the 'Edit' button *
  • Delete: Under Actions, click on the 'Delete' button, this will also delete all the data related to that role.
  • Add: In order to add a new role click on the '+Add' button on the top right section, fill in the required details and save*.

Name:You can enter the name of the role.
Is teaching staff: Select the tickbox next to'is teaching staff' if the staff is a teacher.
