Introduction to Designation

Designation is a formal position assigned in a school, Ex: Principal, Vice Principal, to help you get started, few default designations are already added to the school. Feel free to edit/delete the same.  


View Designation

Click on Designation, you will reach the designation management page.


Priority: The sequence in which designation is displayed
Name: Name of designation 
Role: Teaching/Non Teaching 
Login Access: The staff is having login access or not
Departments: Departments mapped under that designation
Allowed for admin access: The staff is having admin access or not
Number of staffs: Total number of staffs in a particular designation

Set the designation in the format followed by your school.

  • Edit: In order to change any field, Under Actions click on the 'Edit' button to edit the fields*  .
  • Delete: Under Actions, click on the "Delete" button for the designation to be deleted.
  • Add: In order to add a new designation click on the "+Add" button on the top right section, fill the required details and save*.

Name: Name of the designation
Department: Under which department is the designation mapped. You can select multiple departments
School Role: Select Teaching/Non Teaching role
Priority: Enter the sequence in which the designation is to be displayed
Admin access: To allow admin access click on the checkbox
Login access: To allow login access click on the checkbox
