Introduction to School Fees Type

The fees collected by school authorities from students for the academic session is standard wise which can be collected under various categories such as Tuition Fees,Admission Fees,Annual Fees,Exam Fees, etc., as per the school's format.

View Fee Type

From the left menu bar, navigate to Online Fees -> Fee types

Serial Number: Sequence in which the fee types are displayed
Code: Can be same as the fee type name
Name: Name of the fee type
For New Students: If the fee is applicable only for newly admitted students
For Promoted Students: If the fee is applicable only for already promoted students
Optional: Wether the fee type is optional or mandatory
Concession: If concession will be applicable for the fee type
Is miscellaneous: Fee type is miscellaneous or not
Fee Count: Fee type count 

Set the Fee Types in the format followed by your school.

• Edit: In order to change any field, under Actions click on the 'Edit' button and update the required fields and click on edit*.
• Delete: Under Actions, click on the "Delete" button for the fee type to be deleted, this will also delete all the data related to the particular fee type.
• Add: In order to add a new fee type click on the "+Add" button on the top right section, fill the required details and save*.
