Introduction 

School Staff can download the report card in two ways

  • Class-Wise
  • Student Wise

Download Report Card Class-Wise

From the left menu bar, navigate to Report Card -> Report Card and Analytical Sheets

Standard: Standard names are displayed
Classes: Classes under the respective standards which can be selected by clicking on the checkbox
Exam: All the exams associated with that standard are displayed


  • Select the classes for which the report cards are to be downloaded as VII-A, VII-B, VII-C.
  • Then select the exam from which the report card is to be downloaded and click on the exam name
  • Click on Report Card,Result SMS & Analytical Sheets -> Report Card 
  • Choose any of the following three options

             a.  All Exams (If all the exams before the selected exam marks are to be displayed in the report card)

            b. Current Exam ( if only the current exam is to be displayed in the report card)

             c. Select Exam (If you want multiple exams to be displayed in the report card)

  • After selecting the exam you will be given two download options

             a. Test Download : Choose this option if there has been any revision in the marks. This option will download the latest report card. 

             b. Download (With/without QR CODE) : Choose this option to download the report card that has been uploaded for the students.


The report card would be downloaded in .PDF format.

Download Report Card Student Wise

From the left menu bar, navigate to Report Card -> Report Card and Analytical Sheets -> Student Wise

Classes: Classes under the respective standards are displayed
Exam: All the exams associated with that standard are displayed


  • Click on the drop dow arrow next to the class name to select student
  • Then select the exam from which the report card is to be downloaded and click on the exam name
  • Click on Report Card,Result SMS & Analytical Sheets -> Report Card 
  • Then three option are displayed 

             a.  All Exams (If all the exams before the selected exam marks are to added in the report card)

            b. Current Exam ( Only if current selected exam report card is to be downloaded)

             c. Select Exam (If you want multiple exam marks to displayed in the report card)

  • After selecting the exam you will be given two download options

             a. Test Download : If the download is for verifying purpose you can select this option

             b. Download (With/without QR CODE) : If you want the report card to be published after which alteration will not be recommended then select this option


The report card would be downloaded in .PDF format.
