Introduction 

Report cards once downloaded by students on the result declaration date through App or Portal are published and stored in records. 

Note: To make any changes reflected in the report card school staff needs to flush the report card mandatorily and then make the necessary changes and save.After which if students download the report card again they will be able to see the changes.

Flush Published Report Card

From the left menu bar, navigate to Report Card -> View Published Report Card

• Click on the Flush Report Card option (at the top right section)

Standard: Select the standard for which report card is to be flushed. After selecting standard you will be able to see few more options displayed.
Class: Select Class
Exam: Select the exam from which the report card has been downloaded
Student: Select the student whose report card is to be flushed.

• Click on the Flush option
• A notification will prompt as 'Report Cards Flushed for selected students'.
