Introduction 

School can restrict defaulters like fee defaulter, behaviour & conduct defaulter from viewing the report cards by blocking the particular students.

Note: School authorities can anytime decide to change their decision and unblock the students also so that they will be able to view their progress sheets.

Block Report Card

From the left menu bar, navigate to Report Card -> Block Report Card

Class: Select Class from which students are to be blocked
Exam: Select the exam from which the report card would be downloaded by students as TERM I, Half Yearly, etc.

• Student list will appear for the selected class

Status: It displayed wether the student is enabled or disabled of viewing and downloading their report card

• Click on the check boxes near the students name whom you want to block from viewing and downloading their progress report.
• Then click on save.
• To unblock the students follow the same process and uncheck the boxes for the students whom you want to view their progress report and click on save.
• the status will be updated accordingly.
