Introduction to Standards

School class levels are referred to as Standards here. (Ex: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII etc.), to help you get started, default standards (Pre KG - XII) are already added to the school, feel free to edit/delete the same.

View Standards

Click on Standards, you will reach the standard management page.

Name: Name of the standard, ex: I,II,III..
Classes: The classes (sections) under a standard along with number of students in the class, ex: A,B,C...
Number of students: Total number of students in the particular standard.

Set the standards in the format followed by your school.

• Edit: In order to change any field, click on the 'Edit' button next to the standard*.
• Delete: Under Actions, click on the "Delete" button for the standard to be deleted, this will also delete all the data related to the standard like classes and students.
• Add: In order to add a new standard click on the "+Add" button on the top right section, fill the required details and save*.

Name: You can give the name as per your school format.
Standard level: Select the standard level as per the standard name, for ex: Standard with name "Five" should be mapped to "Class 5" on standard level. 
Session Start Date: Enter the start date of session for the standard, ex: 01-04-2021
Session End Date: Enter the end date of session for the standard, ex: 31-03-2022
