Login >> Select profile, school, and session
Step 1: Click on Standards.
Step 2: Choose the Standard from which the student is to be edited
- Only those classes will be visible for which the class-permission is given to the concerned staff.
Step 3: Tap on the Section from which the student is to be edited.
The entire student list will be visible
Step 4: Tap on the vertical ellipse (three dots) next to the student name and click on Edit.
- BASIC DETAILS: This section has the name, gender, admission number, and other basic details of the student.
- CLASS DETAILS: This section has the assigned roll number, class, renewal status, and house.
- ADDRESS: You can edit the address of the student from here
- PARENT DETAILS: Change the details of Father, Mother, and/or Guardian here, if needed
- STUDENT CONTACT: Enter the phone number and email id of the student here
> Click on 'Select registered Number for SMS' and choose from the numbers in the drop-down menu
(This will be the number to which SMS will be sent, whenever applicable)
- HEALTH DETAILS: Enter/edit the basic health details of the student.
Step 5: Click on Submit
Pro Tip: Directly click on Students and use the Filters on top to reach the student that has to be edited.
