Install the SkoolTree App if not done already.

Please follow the steps mentioned below: 

Step 1: Enter the phone number given to the school.

Step 2: Click on Next.

Step 3: If the password is already set got to Step 4, or else

a. Enter the 4 digit OTP sent

b. Click on verify

c. Set the password

Step 4: Enter the Password.

Step 5: Click on Submit
 

Please note the necessary action IF any of the following prompts are displayed: 

 > 'Mobile number NUMBER is not registered with us, please enter the mobile number given to school' 
The mobile number that has been entered in Step 1 is not active on the SkoolTree platform. Please try with a different number or contact the concerned school authorities. 


> 'The password that you have entered is incorrect. Enter the correct password...' 
The password entered for the username is wrong. Refer to this article to see how to reset the password in case you have forgotten it.
