Please follow the steps mentioned below: 


Step 1: Click on Homework.


Step 2: Click on the Add (+) icon at the top right. 


Step 3: Select the Subject using the drop-down arrow.

  • Only those subjects will be visible that are assigned to the staff.

Step 4: Select the class in which the homework is to be sent.

  • Only those classes will be visible for which the class-permission is given to the concerned staff.


  • If the homework is to be sent student-wise, click on the arrow next to class name and then select the students using the checkboxes.


  • Click on Apply once selection is done.


Step 5: Enter the Title of the homework. 

Step 6: Type the Message in the notice text box.


Step 7: If you wish to attach media files, click on the Attachment icon.

  • Select the attachment from Camera, Gallery, Documents, or Cloud Storage.


 Pro Tip: 
If you wish to send files of size greater than 25MB (usually video files), we suggest you first upload the file on "Cloud Storage".
  • Click on the voice icon to record and send voice messages in the homework. 


Step 8: Tap on the Allow Homework Submission toggle to turn it on.

  • Students will not be allowed submissions only if the toggle has been turned on while sending the homework.  
  • By default the submission option will be disabled. 


Step 9: Send Homework. 

  • Click on 'Send Now' if you wish to send the notice now
  • Click on 'Schedule', if you wish to schedule the homework for a later time. Fill the date, time, and click on schedule send.

  • Homework once sent, will be visible in the homework listing.
