Step 1: Click on Standards.

Step 2: Choose the Standard to which the student is to be added. 

  • Only those classes will be visible for which the class-permission is given to the concerned staff.


Step 3: Tap on the Section to which the student is to be added.

  • Only those classes will be visible for which the class permission is given to the concerned staff.


Step 4: Click on Add Button (+) at the top bar

  • BASIC DETAILS: This section has the name, gender, admission number, and other basic details of the student.
    Tap on the edit icon near the profile picture circle to upload the student image.

  

  • CLASS DETAILS: This page has the assigned roll number, class, renewal status, and house.

  • ADDRESS:  Enter the address of the student


  • PARENT DETAILS: Enter the details of Father, Mother, and/or Guardian here. 


  • STUDENT CONTACT: Enter the phone number and email id of the student here
    > Click on 'Select registered Number for SMS' and choose from the numbers in the drop-down menu
    (This will be the number to which SMS will be sent, whenever applicable)


  • HEALTH DETAILS: Enter the basic health details of the student.

Step 5: Click on Submit at the bottom to add the student.


NOTE: 
1. There will be a prompt if any of the mandatory sections are left vacant, enter the details before submitting.
2. Click on the drop-down arrow next to any of the fields to choose from the options.
