Please follow the steps mentioned below:


Step 1: Click on Results.

Step 2: Click on Additional Parameters

Step 3: Choose the Class from the drop-down arrow next to Select Class. 

  • Only those classes will be visible for which the class-permission is given to the concerned staff.

Step 4: Select the Exam from the drop-down arrow next to Select Exam for which additional parameters are to be entered. 

  • Only Admin(s) and Class teachers have the required permission to update the attendance and remark, and conduct field. 


Step 5: Click on Proceed.
Step 6: Tap on the arrow next to the student name.

Enter Attendance:  Enter the student-wise attendance.

  • The total number of working days has to be filled in before entering attendance.
    Refer to this article to see how to enter the total number of working days.
  • Enter/ edit the attendance next to each student and click on Save.


Enter Remarks:  Select the remark template from the drop-down or enter individual remarks. 

  • Refer to this article to see how to enter the remark templates.
  • Enter/ edit the remarks next to each student and click on Save.


Enter Conduct:  Select the conduct from the drop-down.
