Please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Click on Online Classes.
- The list displays the upcoming online classes (if any).
- Click on View All to see all the online classes (if scheduled).
Step 2: To Add an online class, click on the Add (+) icon at the top right.
- Click on Allow Access and Enter the email id and password to sign in, this screen will be applicable only for the first time an online class is being scheduled.
Note: The platform used - Zoom or Google Meet will depend upon the option chosen by the school.
Step 3: Select the Subject using the drop-down arrow.
- Only those subjects will be visible that are assigned to the staff.
Step 4: Select the class for which the online class is to be scheduled.
- Only those classes will be visible for which the class-permission is given to the concerned staff.
- If specific students are to be selected by attending the online class, click on the arrow next to class name and then select the students using the checkboxes.
- Click on Apply once selection is done.
Step 5: Enter the Title for the Online Class.
Step 6: Enter Instructions, if any.
Step 7: Enter the Date and the Start Time and End Time for the Online Class.
Step 9: Click on Schedule Class.
- The scheduled class will be visible in the listing.
